Continuous Aluminum Eavestroughing
We offer both 5″ and 6″ continuous aluminum eavestroughing in K-Profile.
All of our eavestroughing is made out of aluminum. This is our material of choice as it is rust-resistant, available in a wide range of colours to perfectly match your home, and lasts longer the steel. We only use 1.5″ roofing screws to install our eavestroughing.
We offer All-Rex Continous Leaf Guard Hanger systems with all of our installations. Double Pro by Alu-Rex is our leaf guard of choice. With a life-time guarantee against clogs, it is the only leaf guard designed to stop leaves, pine needles, and anything else Mother Nature throws at it.
Custom Copper Eavestroughing
We are proud to be one of the only companies in Alberta that offers custom faux copper eavestroughing options. They only eavestrough we install made out of steel, our copper eavestroughing gives you all of the looks of true copper, but without the cost and oxidation, meaning your gutters continue looking like copper year after year. Available in 5″ & 6″ K-style eavestrough and in four different color patterns.
Soffit and Fascia
Soffits are the material that spans from the edge of the house siding (wall) to the edge of your fascia on your house exterior. We offer multiple types of soffit, with vented aluminum being the most common. If you are looking for a higher-end look we also offer Lux, Sagiper, ChamClad, and real Wood.
Fascia is the material located directly behind your gutter and is visible on your gable ends. We proudly offer different fascia material types, with aluminum being the most popular. We also offer fascia in higher-end faux wood finishes like Lux or Cedar Renditions, we also offer custom ACM panel fascia for more modern or commercial applications.
Vinyl Siding
One of the most popular and versatile siding options available, Vinyl siding is a great choice for home owners looking to update their exterior. Not only is it budget friendly when compared to other siding material, but new vinyl siding also has a lifespan of 25+ years.
Available in over 100 colours from three main manufactures, vinyl offers multiple profiles and widths. Horizontal being the most common vinyl siding material, available in both a designer (Dutch-lap) and Traditional (Lap) profile. Board and Batten is the second most popular profile, and is avail in 7″ widths. Shake is the least popular profile and is usually used in gables as accents.
James Hardie Siding
We are proud to be James Hardie Board installers, one of the most durable and beautiful siding materials available.
James Hardie siding is a firmer cement product, which makes it resistant to rot, water, fire, and pests when installed to manufacture specifications. Unfortunately many installers do not follow these specifications which leads to problems down the road. We strictly follow these requirements to ensure the longevity and durability of your siding.
While James Hardie is more expensive the Vinyl, it provides much more protection and is backed by a 30 year -non-prorated warranty on the siding itself, and a 15 year warranty on its finish.
James Hardie Siding is available in three distinct profiles in the Edmonton area, Hardie Plank, Hardie Shingle, and Hardie Board and Batten.
The most common, and the only commonly stocked Hardie Plank, is their 8.25″ Cedar Mill HardiePlank. This provides you an 7″ exposure and a real wood finish.
Hardie Shingle, also called Shake, is available in a straight-edge or staggered-edge panel. It’s also available in a smooth or cedar mill finish.
Hardie Board and Batten is actually comprised of two materials, their Hardie Trim and Hardie Sheets. First, the 8’x4′ or 10’x4′ sheet is installed, then their 2.5′ Hardie Batten Trim is installed over top. This allows for you to choose the width between battens to achieve the look you’d like.
All James Hardie Products are available in 19 colours.
Metal Siding
We offer two main metal siding materials, Lux Architectural Products and Armour Side.
Lux offers multiple innovated profiles such as their LuxLap, Lux Soffit, Random Plank Panel, and Board and Batten. Lux is comprised of 24-gauge galvalume coated steel, manufactured right in Edmonton. Lux is available in over 20 breath taking wood grain finishes and just as many textured, metallic, and solid colours.
Armour Side is the first of its kind textured steel siding, made out of 28-gauge galvalume Steel, and is made in part from recycled material. Armour Side is available in a Bevel (lap) and Board & Batten profile, and in 16 colours.
Faux Stone
Faux Stone also referred to as Mechanically Fastened Stone, or Stone Siding, is a great alternative to traditional masonry for multiple reasons.
Firstly, it is much cheaper than real masonry, ranging from $30-45$ a sqft compared to $55+ for real masonry.
The second reason is the speed of installation compared to real masonry. Stone Siding doesn’t require any special tools or experience to install, meaning that we can install it while we are already there competing the rest of your project. This allows you to get your house finished in a more timely manner then if you waited around for a mason to be available.
The third reason is the realistic look of stone siding compared to real masonry. Products like Versetta Stone, which is our stone siding of choice, are cast from molds of real stone, and then hand-painted to deliver a realistic look.
