Testimonials

We couldn’t be happier with the work from Let It Flow Exteriors. Tyler handled our eavestroughs and did an absolute amazing job, clean, professional, and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was his commitment to customer satisfaction. There was a small detail we weren’t totally satisfied with, and without hesitation, Tyler came back to fix it, no questions asked. We offered to pay for the extra trip, but he told us, “That’s not necessary.” That level of service is rare. We were so impressed, we gave him a tip and we’ll absolutely be recommending Let It Flow Exteriors to everyone we know in the Parkland County area. Honest, reliable, and goes the extra mile. Thanks again, Tyler and everyone else involved!
Very dependable and they done an awesome job today with the installation on our new home. We will be getting them back again to do our garage once it is built.
Outstanding company to deal with! Tyler and his crew did an awesome job replacing the eavestroughs, installed leaf guards and even took the time to fix a piece of facia on my home in Spruce Grove. Tyler is an absolute pleasure to deal with, honest, has integrity and is hard working. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done!
We had a great experience with Tyler at Let it Flow Exteriors. His work and work ethic is unmatched. Super friendly and professional. I will definitely call Tyler first if I need any more eavestrough work. Thanks Tyler!

Soffit FAQ's

What is Soffit?

Soffit is located underneath the your roof overhang or front porch. It provides ventilations to your homes attic, aiding in the heating and cooling of your home.

It can be many different material, such as painted wood on older homes. Aluminum on newer or updated home, or even PVC on higher-end homes.

Fascia is the material that covers the fascia board, which is the framing that your homes eavestroughing attaches to. Fascia board can be painted or cladded in material such as aluminum to help preserve the wood.

Yes they do. As the gutter attaches to your fascia board by being screwed into it, it also goes through the fascia cladding. Therefore in order to properly install new fascia your gutters must be removed and replaced as well.

Each home will cost something different due to numerous factors such as the fascia size and linear footage, the soffit overhang and total square footage, along with the gutter footage.

There are many reasons why you might want to replace the soffits and fascia on your home. Reasons such as ventilation, aesthetics, and maintenance being the most common.

Soffits help aid in venting your homes attic, assisting in heating and cooling efforts by allowing air into your attic and pushing “old” air out of your roof vents. Wood soffits on older homes 1940s-1970s are famously under vented, while homes from the 1970s-2000s with old steel or aluminum soffits are often clogged from years of dust and dirt build up. Replacing these and installing new soffit ensures that your home has proper ventilation

Updating your homes soffits and fascia can also help increase your homes curb appeal. By updating your soffit and fascia you are either getting rid of old faded fascia, or dirty clogged soffit. Installing new material, whether a different colour or simply a brighter version of the one you already have, brightens your homes appearance.

Maintenance is vital for any exterior, and soffit and fascia maintenance is often ignored and forgotten. Wood soffits and fascia are painted to help preserve the wood, but paint peels and requires upkeep which is costly and time consuming. By installing new soffits and fascia you eliminate the need to paint and worry about upkeep.
