Complete brand new exterior. This home in Stony Plain received new aluminum soffit, fascia, and continuous aluminum eavestroughing in Polar White.

It also received Designer vinyl siding in “Tree Moss” and vinyl Board & Batten along with Vinyl Shakes in “Sand”. We also installed Versetta Stone Ledgestone in “Mission Point”.

How long do Watts Lights Last?

Watts Lights are rated for a minimum of 50,000 hours of run time, meaning that you’ll have countless years of enjoyment. Assuming an average run time of 6 hours a day, that’s over 22 years!

How many Colours are Available?

While Watts Lights are technically capable of over 16 million colours, due to system limitation and the human eye not being able to differentiate them, it’s closer to 1.3 million.

How Bright are Watts Lights?

The brightest on the market! Just kidding. While they would love to claim they are the brightest, Watts Lights are specifically designed there lights to conform to the majority of municipalities bylaws on light pollution, meaning you should never had a complain from your neighbours for blinding them in their living room.

How much does it cost?

Due to every house being different, it’s almost impossible to give a ballpark price. Each house is calculated on a linear footage cost, which averages between $20-25ft, plus the control box fee of $400.

Do I need to be home while you install my lights?

No! You are not required to be home. All we need is access to the areas we will be working in. You are required to be home during the end of the installation so that control of the apps can be transferred over to you and we can give you a crash course on using the app to control your new permanent lights.

Am I able to have patterns or animations with my Lights?

Yes! The Watts 2.0 app allows you to create your own custom patterns or animations for your lights. It also comes preloaded with a ton of different presets for different holidays, sport teams, and other occasions.

Are you Licensed and insured?

Yes we are! We are fully licensed and we also carry valid insurance and WCB as well.

Do you offer other services?

Do you offer any warranty on your permanent lights?

Yes we do! We offer a 5-year workmanship guarantee on out permanent lighting system, this is in addition to the manufactures 50,000 hour rating on the lights, and 1 year warranty on the control box.

Can you set the lights on a timer?

Yes you can! The Watts 2.0 App allows you to set custom schedules for the light system, allowing you to have them turn off and on whenever you’d like. You can even have it set to turn on and off with sunrise and sunset!
